Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We proudly deliver all across Pakistan. Orders within Lahore, Pakistan are fulfilled within 24 hours, while deliveries to other cities typically take 2–4 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: Flat rate of Rs.200 per order in Lahore
  • Outside Lahore: Charges may vary according to your Location

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Lahore usually takes 24 hours and 2-3 business days in other cities all across the Pakistan from the date of order confirmation via WhatsApp.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp with tracking details and estimated delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this timeframe.

Free Returns (Our Mistake)

Returns are completely free if the issue is on our end, including:

  • Item received is broken or damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item does not match the description or images

In these cases, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges (Change of Mind)

If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind or preference, the following charges apply:

  • Delivery Fee: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Processing Fee: Rs. 100 - Rs. 200 (depending on the item value and complexity)

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 300 0434941 within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Handmade and jewelry pieces
  • Items that have been worn, altered or damaged by the customer
  • Custom made Saugat Gift boxes and the Boxes that have been opened or used
