We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and deliver to customers across the entire country.
We offer customised gift boxes and hampers (our Saugat boxes), handmade jewelry, crochet accessories and keychains, Kashmiri bangles, hair accessories, and occasion-specific gift sets for Eid, weddings, Nikkah, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Browse our full collection →
Many of our products are handmade or hand-assembled by our artisan team in Lahore — including our jewelry, crochet pieces, and custom gift boxes. We also source high-quality complementary products from trusted local suppliers to complete your gift sets. Every item is reviewed for quality before it reaches you.
Saugat is an Urdu word for a thoughtful gift or token — something given with care and genuine meaning. Our Saugat boxes are our signature customised gift hampers: curated and assembled specifically for the occasion and the person you are gifting. No two Saugat boxes need to be the same. Placing an Order

You can place an order in three ways:
  1. Directly through our website — browse and submit your order online
  2. Via WhatsApp — message us and our team will guide you through everything
  3. Through social media — DM us on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, or YouTube

Whichever way you choose, our team will reach out to confirm all details before anything is prepared.

Our team will contact you to confirm your order details. For custom items, we will ask about your preferences — colour, size, packaging, any personal message, and your delivery timeline. Once every detail is confirmed and approved by you, we begin preparing your gift. Nothing is started until you have said yes to everything.
No account is needed. You can order through WhatsApp, social media DMs, or our website. We collect your name, phone number, and delivery address when confirming your order — that is all we need.
Absolutely — that is what we are here for. Just provide the recipient's delivery address when confirming your order. If you prefer, we can also exclude any pricing information from the package so it arrives as a surprise.
There is no strict minimum. Our products range from small accessories under Rs. 200 to full customised gift boxes above Rs. 1,500. If you have a specific budget in mind, tell us and we will suggest options that work for you.

Customisation

Almost everything. For gift boxes and hampers: the items inside, the box or basket type, the colour theme, add-ons (chocolates, candles, accessories), a handwritten or printed card, and the packaging style. For jewelry and accessories: specific colours and styles.

Simply message us on WhatsApp or any social platform and describe what you have in mind. You can share inspiration photos, mention the occasion and recipient, describe the colour palette or vibe — anything that helps. Our order team will guide you through the rest. There is no complicated form — it is a real conversation.
Yes. Tell us what you would like written and we will include a handwritten or printed card in your package. If you would like us to suggest a message for the occasion, we are happy to help with that too.
Yes — colour preferences are one of the most common requests we get. Tell us your preferred colours or describe the vibe (for example: "soft pastels," "all-black luxury," "traditional reds and gold") and we will match it.
That is completely fine — most of our best orders start with "I have no idea." Tell us the occasion, who the gift is for, roughly what you want to spend, and the feeling you want the recipient to have when they open it. Our team will suggest options and walk you through everything. There is no commitment until you have confirmed every detail.
Yes. For corporate gifting and bulk orders we can incorporate your company name, logo, or brand colours into the packaging and card. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements and we will provide a quote.

Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver across Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, and everywhere in between. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard delivery takes 1 to 4 days depending on your city and order type. If you are in Lahore, same-day delivery is available for in-stock products and minor customisations — just let us know when ordering. For urgent orders anywhere in Pakistan, share your deadline and we will do our best to make it happen.
Yes. If you are in Lahore, same-day delivery is available for in-stock products and orders with minor customisations. For customers outside Lahore, we offer express dispatch — message us with your deadline and we will confirm the fastest possible timeline for your city. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link where you can follow your parcel in real time. You will always know exactly where your gift is.
Yes. If your gift needs to arrive on a particular date — for a birthday, a wedding, or an anniversary — let us know when ordering. We will plan preparation and dispatch accordingly. Since delivery takes 1 to 4 days, ordering 2 to 3 days in advance is usually enough. For custom orders requiring more preparation time, 5 to 7 days is ideal.
Currently we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you are based abroad and need to send a gift to someone in Pakistan, we can absolutely help — just provide the Pakistani delivery address.

Payment

We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your order; EasyPaisa; JazzCash; SadaPay; and Bank Transfer. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you. Our team will confirm the payment process when your order is finalised.
COD is available across most cities in Pakistan. If COD is not available for your specific area, our team will let you know when confirming your order and suggest an alternative method.
Yes. We use established and regulated Pakistani payment platforms — EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and SadaPay — which are fully secure. For bank transfers, you will receive verified account details from us. We will never ask for your PIN, password, or any banking credentials.
For COD orders, you pay on delivery — no advance payment required. For digital payment methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, bank transfer), payment is confirmed before your order is dispatched. Our team will walk you through the process when confirming your order.

Returns & Exchange

If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 2 days of receiving it via WhatsApp or phone. Share a photo or short video as proof, and our team will work to resolve it quickly. Read our full policy →
Please photograph the damage as soon as you receive it and contact us within 2 days. If the damage occurred during delivery or because of our packaging, we take full responsibility. We will arrange collection of the damaged item and send you a correct replacement — entirely at our cost. You will not pay a single rupee.
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Contact us within 2 days with a photo of what you received. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and deliver your correct order as quickly as possible — entirely at our expense.
Yes. If you would prefer a full refund rather than a replacement, we will arrange that too. We collect the item at our cost and return 100% of your payment. No deductions, no hidden charges.
We understand — ordering decisions are not always easy, especially for gifts. If the error was on your side, we will still do everything we can to help. We value you as a customer far more than any single transaction. Contact us and we will explore options together.

Custom Order Timelines & Bulk Orders

Most custom orders are ready within 2 to 5 days from confirmation, depending on the complexity and the items involved. Simpler gift boxes may be ready in 24 to 48 hours; more detailed or large orders may take up to a week. Always share your deadline when ordering so we can plan accordingly.
Changes are possible before your order goes into production. Once we have started preparing your order, changes may not be possible — which is why we confirm every detail with you before we begin. Please communicate any changes as early as possible.
Yes. We work with businesses for corporate gifting — Eid hampers for staff, client appreciation boxes, event giveaways, and branded gifts. Bulk orders receive dedicated attention and custom pricing. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements.

Product Care

To keep your handmade jewelry looking its best:
  • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, and body lotion
  • Remove before sleeping, showering, or exercising
  • Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth when needed
  • Store individual pieces separately to avoid scratching or tangling
Store crochet pieces in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. If cleaning is needed, gently hand-wash with mild soap and lay flat to air-dry. Do not machine wash or wring.

Our team is available 7 days a week, typically from 9 AM to 9 PM Pakistan Standard Time. We try to respond to all messages as quickly as possible, including on weekends and public holidays — because gift deadlines do not always fall on weekdays.
