Khaas Items was born out of frustration the kind every gift-buyer in Pakistan has felt. We wanted to find something meaningful. Something personal. Something that actually said, "I thought about you." And we could not find it.
So we built it ourselves.
The Gap That Started Everything
When we started looking for the perfect gift for someone special, for a milestone, for a moment that deserved more than a last-minute basket we found only two options in Pakistan. Neither was good enough.
On one side: small creative businesses on Instagram and TikTok. Beautiful products but no prices, no delivery information, no website. Just a DM into the unknown, and a hope that someone would reply before the occasion passed.
On the other side: established online stores with proper websites and checkout but zero flexibility. What you see is what you get. Wrong colour? Not available. Personal message on the card? Not an option. A box sized to your budget? Take it or leave it.
What was missing was a brand that combined the creativity of a small handmade business with the professionalism of a real store and added what neither had: a genuine conversation with the customer before anything is packed or shipped.
