• Delivery address

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled via Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or bank transfer — we never see or store your card information.

We do not require account creation or registration.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Communicate with you about your order via WhatsApp
• Send you a photo of your gift for approval before delivery

We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly join our WhatsApp community.

How we store your information

Your order details (name, phone, address) are stored only in our WhatsApp conversation history. We do not maintain a separate customer database, CRM, or mailing list.

Who we share your information with

We share your delivery address and phone number with:

• Delivery riders and courier companies — solely to deliver your order

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else for any other purpose.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, traffic sources, device type). This data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of any advertising and understand visitor behaviour. This may set cookies on your browser.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to order from us — orders are placed via WhatsApp, not the website.

Terms of Service

Agreement

By placing an order with Khaas Items, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

How ordering works

Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+92 300 0434941). We confirm every detail with you before starting work — items, customisation, delivery address, and price. Your order is confirmed once you approve these details on WhatsApp.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices shown on the website are indicative — final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before you approve the order
• Payment methods: Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or bank transfer
• No advance payment is required unless agreed for larger custom or luxury orders

Photo approval

We send you a photo of your completed gift on WhatsApp before dispatch. You approve it before the rider leaves. If you request changes, we make them before shipping.

Delivery

• Within Lahore: typically within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Outside Lahore: 2–4 business days
• Fresh items (flowers, fruit, mithai): order 1–2 days ahead
• Shipping: Rs. 200 flat rate in Lahore; outside Lahore varies by location
• Free shipping on 2+ items
• We provide tracking details via WhatsApp once dispatched

Returns and satisfaction

• If the delivered gift does not match the photo you approved, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you at our cost
• For perishable items (flowers, fruit, mithai): report issues within 24 hours of delivery

• Custom and handmade items, opened gift boxes, and worn jewellery cannot be returned

Handmade products

Our products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, size, and finish are natural and expected — they are part of the handmade character, not defects.

Intellectual property

All content on khaasitems.com — text, images, logo, design — is the property of Khaas Items. Do not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Khaas Items is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate delays and work to resolve them.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued ordering after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
